Adiciona integração contínua no Mapas com Cypress + GitHub Actions com um arquivo YAML. Detalhe importante: toda vez que ocorrer um pull request ou commit na main, por segurança, os testes serão feitos. Isso pode ser alterado no próprio YAML em .github/workflows/cypress-ci.yml
Validação
Fiz um commit e um PR no meu fork do Mapas, e todos os testes passaram.
